Daniel Maitland

PRESIDENT

Daniel has over 40 years of experience in water feature engineering, design, construction, and operations. His experience is not only associated with system engineering but first, “hands on” construction and installation of the hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical workings of water features. This includes the operation and the required maintenance of these systems. He also has been commissioned by many owners and developers including other engineering firms, for system troubleshooting, commissioning, start-up, and operational training services. This includes projects completed in the US and worldwide.

Dennis Thomas P.E.

VICE PRESIDENT

Dennis has over 20 years of experience in lake and water feature engineering. His education and background in mechanical engineering and fluid mechanics have given him a solid understanding of pumping systems, piping design, water quality, and hydraulic analysis. He has extensive experience with the design of aesthetic fountains, man-made lakes, swimming pools and spas, with a strong emphasis on code compliance with local health departments. He has completed project management responsibilities in markets which include residential developments, parks, shopping centers, golf courses, casino resorts, and amusement park developments.

Max Maitland

PROJECT MANAGER

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Maxwell gained experience in leak detection and repair for pools, spas, and fountains. He also has helped manage a pool/spa maintenance company.  Max works in a variety of roles within the company, including design and engineering (drafting), office administration, and project management.
